June was a big month for supercast and we are thrilled to announce that signups, account sharing and drafts are now available for everyone on the platform.

Read below to learn how it works and what it means to you!

Signups

Until recently, Warpcast was the only place where you could create a Farcaster account without a crypto wallet, but it's not the case anymore.

If you onboard to supercast with an email, we will create an embedded Privy wallet for you and pay for your sign up fees.

Just use your email and you will get an assigned FID and you will be able to select a username — it's that simple!

Account sharing

It is now possible to share the access with your interns or colleagues and collaborate on growing an account together.

To share an account, first navigate to settings

and click "Share access" to allow any supercast user to post on your behalf.

Drafts

The interface that is used for creating posts received a whole bunch of new components and functions. Here’s how it looks after the update:

The interface has been broken down into clear sections:

  On the left side of the screen is a tool that saves your casts throughout the process of creating them. You can manage and organize them however you want.

  Upon selecting the channel you would like to post in, you will now be able to see a preview of the chosen option. This feature allows you to search for recent casts or needed information.

Recurring scheduling

The scheduling tool has also received a big feature. Now, you can use the newest function to not only manage the time your casts will be sent but also whether they need to be repeated. Here’s how it is presented:
